Power of Perseverance: 21 Day Juice Fast

What is perseverance? It is the persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. How many times have you failed at something, but refused to give up? I am a pro at failing diets, but I never give up. I know with perseverance and God’s help, success with prevail.

I am, what many may call, a Monday morning dieter. I always begin my diet on Monday to fail on Wednesday. I have been doing this for 20 years now. One thing for sure is I am persistent. For the most part, I eat healthy, but I love food. I love vegetables, steak, potatoes, dessert, bread, cereal, fruit, cake, chocolate, cheese and pretty much ALL food! There is not much that I don’t like. That is my problem! So I have decided that this Monday, I will make my journey to a life of wellness, and forget the diets.

I am committing to a 21 Day Juice Fast. Yes, you heard me correctly, a 21 Day Juice Fast. Only juice and water for 21 Days. Can I do this? This time the answer is an unequivocal YES! But I am looking for partners to join me. For those of you, who have struggled with weight gain, menopausal pounds (like me!) and the strength to lose those last few pounds – join me and let’s persevere. I am looking for a healthier me, so I am going to do this! I will persevere – and this time, I will end successfully!
