Every year in January, I begin a healthy lifestyle which only leads to failure. I’ve tried Keto, Mediterranean, Atkins, Vegan, Vegetarian, Plant-Based and so many more, but the only one that has worked for me in the past was Weight Watchers. It was sustainable. I could eat meat, carbs, fruit, veggies, dairy, and sweets. So this year, I will try it again because they have a sale until today December 31st for only $10 per month for 10 months. No, I am not paid by Weight Watchers, but I do love sales and it has worked in the past, so I am giving it a try again. I purchased the app today and am sharing the information with you, so we can all do it together.
I find most of today’s fad diets extremely hard or sustainable for mid-age women, who crave many foods and have hormonal issues. Sure you may lose a few pounds in the beginning, but only eating high-fat foods and meat for the rest of my life does not sound healthy, nor does eating only raw vegetables or packaged goods. Weight Watchers allows you the opportunity to eat a variety of foods while tracking your points. They make it so easy and give you free point foods and extra points for exercise. I think I am going to enjoy this healthy lifestyle, especially the great recipes provided by Weight Watchers and my new gym membership.
My goal this year is to lose 30 pounds, how many pounds do you want to lose? So let’s all set our goals for a HEALTHIER LIFE and lose those extra pounds.
