How many of you are starting the new year off intending to live healthily? Every year, I set the “healthy” goal for myself but never complete the task. I always quit because it’s just too hard! But NOT this year. I will face the challenge head-on. Professionals say, if you can make it through the first 21-days, then you have met the challenge. After 21 Days, it will become a habit. So to fulfill my goal this year, I’ve been preparing myself for this challenge. I’ve read, watched, and listened to as many scholarly sources as possible on the benefits of holistic living. Everything that I have read says its a no-brainer.

Start by watching ‘What the Health,’ ‘Knives over Forks, ’ and ‘Game Changers’ on Netflix today. They will help you understand why plant-based or vegan eating is the most beneficial for your health. If you don’t have Netflix, then watch some YouTube Videos on going vegan. I like this video on understanding what certain foods do to your bodies.
